Family Motto

I occasionally think of crafting, even plan and purchase.  But, if it takes more than about 20 minutes, I rarely get to it or get it finished.  I guess it's something about homeschooling and 5 kids!

But, with the freedoms of summer shrinking before my eyes, I thought I'd better get going on a project that I've been thinking of for months.  Marion and I wrote this family motto 14 years ago.  Lately I've thought about it more and more, feeling like the kids need to see it, and know it.

Here's the before:
And here's the after:

(Sorry about the flash)The key ingredients to this project were
*a frame from DI
*Lowe's cutting plexi glass for me
*renting a vinyl cutter from the 4H office (Whoa, that was FUN!)
and *about 7 focused hours.

I'm so glad it's finally done! Now I'll move onto the 12 other projects itching to be done!

I would sure like to know what your family moto says. I haven't even thought about something like that. It looks so great! Jared looks cute with his braces. You will be amazed at how fast the teeth straighten.
